When registering on the BeMyBond platform, investors must carefully read and agree to the BeMyBond platform's terms and conditions. These terms legally govern the relationship between investors and the platform operator, covering user requirements, the registration process, personal account functions, the procedure for entering into financing transactions, and the organization of the crowdfunding process.

To access the platform's services, investors are also required to review and accept the Embedded Payment Services Agreement, which enables them to open an account with the electronic money institution ConnectPay and use the platform's electronic wallet.

Investors will only gain full access to the platform and its crowdfunding services once they have confirmed their agreement to both the BeMyBond platform's terms and the Embedded Payment Services Agreement.
