BeMyBond 1H 2026 statistics

In the first half of 2026, BeMyBond financed projects worth € 12.7 M in bonds on its platform. During this period, € 9 M was returned to investors through bond redemptions — at maturity or early — and more than € 675 thousand was paid out in interest.

In total, over just over two years of operation, BeMyBond has distributed € 35.35 M worth of bonds for real estate (RE), business, and renewable energy projects. Of this, € 16.6 M has already been redeemed, with no delayed projects recorded.

Bond issues distributed in minutes

In the first half of this year, 8 bond issues were distributed on the BeMyBond platform for 5 issuers. The greatest investor interest went to bonds for a renewable energy project offered on the platform for the first time — a battery park (Battery Energy Storage System, BESS) project developed by "IG Kapitalas". The first tranche of the € 1.5 M bond issue was distributed in just 5 minutes. The project's second tranche, worth € 2.5 M, drew the largest number of investors — 498 chose to invest in it.

This period also saw bond issues distributed for business loan provider "Noviti Finance" (€ 3.5 M), for real estate developer "Inspiration Capital" housing project in Naujasis Antakalnis (€ 2.2 M), for fund manager "Aggressive Capital" housing project in Valakampiai (€ 1 M), and for fund manager "Capitalica Asset Management" mixed-use project in Riga (€ 2 M).

"This half-year, we have seen some truly 'unreal' numbers — bond issues distributed in 1 hour, 15 minutes, or even just 5 minutes, which may sound unbelievable compared to typical bond issue distribution timelines measured in weeks. We are able to achieve this thanks to a fully automated digital process and a loyal investor community we deeply value," says Indrė Dargytė, co-founder and CEO of BeMyBond.

Investors tend to invest small amounts, and repeatedly

The average size of a bond issue (or tranche) distributed over the past half-year was € 1.6 M. The lowest annual interest rate offered was 8 %, the highest was 9 %, and the most common bond term was 24 months.

Over the half-year, investors made 2 335 investments, with more than half — 53 % — investing in two or more bond issues. The largest individual investment reached € 129 thousand, while the largest company investment reached € 200 thousand. The average amount invested over the past half-year was just over € 5.7 thousand.

"From the very beginning, our goal was to offer retail investors — sometimes just starting out on their investment journey — the chance to invest in reputable, larger companies and projects that are not always accessible to such investors on the market. Seeing that the most popular investment amount over the past half-year was € 1 000, and that 75 % of investors invested up to € 5 thousand in a single project, we are glad this goal has been achieved," comments I. Dargytė.

The average age of BeMyBond investors in the first half of 2026 was 44, and they were most often from Vilnius. The youngest investor was 18, the oldest 91. The vast majority — 75 % — of platform investors were non-sophisticated investors, and the male-to-female investor ratio continued edging toward parity, at 57 % men and 43 % women.

Aiming for a balanced risk-return ratio for investors

"We are seeing a growing number of retail investors in Lithuania, along with rising financial literacy, which we are delighted about — so this side of the equation, investor demand, is working very well. Our next goal is to find and offer investors more projects with a well-balanced risk-return ratio. The good news is that more and more businesses are also discovering bonds and crowdfunding as a real alternative to bank financing," shares I. Dargytė.
