SBA Urban has chosen the BeMyBond platform to finance the Vėjo miestelis project. It is planned to raise up to 5 million euros in several tranches through the BeMyBond platform. The first tranche of bonds is worth 1 million euros and we expect to open it for investments next week.
Vėjo miestelis bond issue terms: The 1st tranche will offer a 9,25% annual coupon, paid semi-annually; The term of the bonds will be 2 years, with an option for the issuer to redeem early, but not sooner than 9 months after the issue date; The bonds will be secured by first-rank mortgage of the consolidated land plots, as well as real estate (unfinished construction) and 100% of SPV shares.

The bonds will be used to finance the first phase of the Vėjo miestelis project, which is currently being built in the wind capital of Lithuania, Svencelė, by the Curonian Lagoon. This phase will consist of 25 individual houses and community and wind sports infrastructure.
