Family entertainment park operator ADVENTICA to finance expansion in Europe with bonds
This week, the ADVENTICA group is launching its bond offering, with the company planning to borrow 2.3 million euros for two years with a 9% annual interest.


This week, the ADVENTICA group is launching its bond offering, with the company planning to borrow 2.3 million euros for two years with a 9% annual interest. The issuer plans to use the funds raised to develop new family entertainment parks in Latvia and Germany, as well as to refinance existing liabilities. The bonds will be available to retail and high-net-worth individuals through the bond platform BeMyBond from 23 October.
ADVENTICA Group designs, builds, and manages family entertainment parks in shopping malls in Europe and currently operates four parks in Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, and Moldova. In Lithuania, the family entertainment park is located in the Ozo shopping mall and is best known to parents with children aged 1-12.
The group is currently expanding its operations in Europe – it is planned that by the end of 2025 the number of company-managed amusement parks will double, i.e. will increase to eight. In the first half of 2025, the opening of the fifth park in Germany is planned, the park is currently being equipped. In addition, in 2025, the ADVENTICA group plans to open two more parks in Latvia and one in Moldova.
